In a Coldplay mood tonight...
…and right in the middle of the best week yet of the semester. And I’m completely and totally okay with that. Good night world, time to read the Hunger Games and think way too much about life as I drift off into Neverland.

tswiftdaily: “You know how when you fall in love sometimes people try to come between you and kind of whisper in your ear and give you doubt? This is a song about that. This is a song about how you shouldn’t listen to that.” — Taylor Swift (before performing Ours) Okay, if I had to choose between Ours and Superman, I would obviously choose Ours. Here’s to hoping Taylor can read my mind.

I am totally and completely brain dead.
For someone that usually has no trouble diving straight into studying and doing homework, I’m really struggling right now. This weekend straight up beat the shit out of me with love and sunshine and booze. A lot of booze.

I am the annoyingly loud neighbor.
I always have been, and I always will be. It’s unavoidable. I sing at the top of my lungs, I yell joyously, I laugh loudly as I do a jumping karate kick and knock something really heavy over onto the floor. It happens. And I’m not in the least bit sorry. I go to bed at 10:30, okay? It’s not like I’m keeping you up.

Utne Reader: How 9/11 Shaped a Generation Just... →
utnereader: As the tenth anniversary of September 11th approaches, writer and blogger Courtney E. Martin reflects on seven ways in which that fateful day shaped the Millenial generation of which she is a part. We are fundamentally practical. For many of us, 9/11 was a wake-up call about the precious… 10 years later…it’s a really interesting time to look back on all that...
